Cressted Butte-Winter

Rolling into fourth place is Cressted Butte. This mountain is purely for experts. Basically every run is a double black diamond. There are a couple of greens but this not a beginner mountain. Cressted Butte holds the steepest cut tree run in the country, it's called Rambo. Rambo is a great run but cressted butte is famous for the  banana peel. This run goes straight down to the  bottom and is super steep with trees. One of the best parts of Cressted Butte is the town. Its the classic ski town. Snow is piled up over doors and houses. When you're in the town you just get an amazing vibe. Its old and small so you get the joy that you only get in pure small ski towns. Because of the indescribable vibe you can only find at the Butte and the intensity of the mountain is why i put Cressted Butte as number four.
